Rearview Mirror – Kevin J Thornton

This Olive Garden used to be sooooo much better.

Our posts of rock and roll friends looking backwardly onto the music that shaped their past year or decade continues!  Today’s post peeking at the past features Kevin J Thornton – musician (most recently in Waves on Waves), stand-up comedian and creator of the one man show Sex, Dreams & Self Control.

Kevin gave us a list of his 20 favorite albums of the past decade.  Check ’em out below.

These are definitely just my favorite- not necessarily what I think is most artistically significant or whatever

2. Radiohead- Amnesiac
3. Sigur Ros- Agaetis Byrjun
4. Interpol- Turn on the Bright Lights
5. Daft Punk- Discovery
6. Antony and the Johnsons- I am a Bird Now
7. Waves on Waves- Waves on Waves
8. The National- The Boxer

*I know some of my choices aren’t cool, but I don’t care.  Being cool is exhausting.
