Nashville via France with layovers in Berlin and London songwriter and producer Pauline Andres gives us a smoky, slow-burning indie pop song in “Medicine Woman.” With chill electronica vibes and Andres’ Stevie Nicks-esque vocals, it feels almost like a Blade Runner 2049 style sequel to Fleetwood Mac’s “Gold Dust Woman,” and is a moody sexy way to kick off the weekend.
